Last year, Pagani had its strongest year in history with a 29-percent increase in sales.
The Italian automaker has announced it will be bringing two unique vehicles to the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, a U.S.-spec Huayra Roadster and the Zonda HP Barchetta that was unveiled at last year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The Zonda HP Barchetta is Horacio Pagani’s personal vision of the perfect Zonda, and was created to reaffirm the automaker’s expertise in manufacturing bespoke creations.

As for the Pagani Huayra Roadster, the limited production run of 100 units is already sold out and this year, Pagani plans on delivering 40 new vehicles to their respective owners, making it Pagani’s busiest year on record. And the reason why the automaker is bringing the U.S.-spec Huayra Roadster to Geneva is to show its commitment to developing a global product, with the ability to comply with even the most stringent applicable standards.
This year, the company is continuing to increase its investments into research and development, which have grown 86 percent in four years. Those investments have already paid off, with the Huayra Roadster weighing even less than its coupe counterpart.
